At StreetRaised, we’re committed to delivering high-quality streetwear while maintaining a transparent and fair purchasing process. We have a strict policy regarding returns and payment disputes to ensure smooth operations for both our customers and our business.

How can I contact you?

What sizes are available?

All available sizes are listed on each product page. We also include a size guide to help you choose the best fit. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Where do you ship?

At the moment, we only ship within Romania. We're working on expanding soon — follow @streetraised.clo for updates.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping may take up to 2 weeks. Since our collections are limited and made in small batches, the production process (procesul de confecționare) can extend delivery times. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a tracking number — delivery typically takes 1–4 business days from that point, depending on your location.

Can I return my order?

All sales are final, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If something’s wrong with your order, email us at sr@streetraised.ro within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay, all processed securely through our payment provider.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Most of our pieces are limited edition and won’t be restocked. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Follow us on Instagram to stay up to date with future drops.

How do I know when new items drop?

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, fulfill an order, or cancel an order at our sole discretion. This may happen due to suspected fraud, abusive behavior, payment issues, or any other reason we deem necessary to protect our brand and customers.

All designs, logos, visuals, copy, and content on this website are the intellectual property of StreetRaised. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material from this site without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
